Room to Move

Over the last 12 months, there has been an increasing number of students from the village of Karmoni attending Elsa Primary School with eventually 3 out of 4 students from that village. At the end of 2018 Karmoni parents petitioned Kusala Projects for the school to be moved to their village. They offered to provide a building with three classrooms, a kitchen and a toilet – superior to the present building with two classes in room. Thus, at the beginning of the March, Elsa Primary School moved to the village of Karmoni, 15 km from Bodhgaya.
