Children’s Day 2024

Children’s Day is observed every year in India on November 14. This date marks the birth anniversary of Jawaharlal Nehru, who served as the first Prime Minister of India and was born in 1889. Nehru is honored for his deep affection for children and his commitment to providing them with quality education. He viewed children as the true strength of a nation and the cornerstone of society. Across the country, various educational and motivational initiatives are conducted to promote awareness regarding children’s rights, welfare, and educational opportunities. This year at Elsa Primary School students engaged in singing activities, and their teachers presented them with gifts together with a celebratory cake.
